Forged Home Fitness, LLC is a single-member company owned by a certified trainer with Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, offering personalized in-home training for athletes, adults, and seniors. With over a decade of experience, we focus on strength, conditioning, hydrotherapy, and wellness to help you achieve your goals from the comfort of home.

We serve kids and young adults (ages 10-21) for sport-specific performance or general strength and mobility training, busy adults (20-70) for functional fitness, weight-loss, muscle growth and seniors (60-100+) for low-impact mobility, strength and balance training, including adaptations for conditions like arthritis, frozen soldier, neuropathy etc.

Primarily in-home sessions in Norfolk and Middlesex County. We also partner with retirement communities for group classes, 1-1 training and retainers.

Private Session (60 minutes): One-on-one training for personalized goals.
Back-to-Back Private Sessions (120 minutes): Train two people consecutively (e.g., spouses).
Student Athlete Session (60 minutes): Sport-specific or general conditioning.
Senior 30-Minute Session: Focus on balance, strength and mobility.
Senior 60-Minute Session: Extended with hydrotherapy options.

Use our online scheduler on the website (powered by Acuity). Select your service, date/time, and pay a deposit via Stripe. We'll confirm (and send a waiver/form if its your first time for an evaluation).

A free evaluation: We'll discuss goals, assess fitness level, review medical history, and create a custom plan. Sessions use your equipment; we guide additions if needed.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit/debit cards and digital wallets via Stripe. Upfront deposits reduce no-shows; balances due at session.
Are there any taxes or fees? No sales tax on services in MA. Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) are built-in—your price is as listed.
What is your cancellation policy? 24-hour notice for full refund or to cancel. Rescheduling for some time later in the same week if available free with notice.

Do I need any equipment? We use what you have (e.g., mats, weights, chair). We recommend affordable additions over time. The goal is to help you set up your own home gym so that you can work out with a trainer or by yourself when ever you have free time.
What about health and safety? All clients sign waivers releasing us from ordinary negligence and confirming clearance (mandatory for seniors). We adapt for conditions; CPR-certified.
Is there an age requirement? No—sessions for ages 10+ with parental consent for minors.
