It started with sport. I captained the men's tennis team at Endicott College while earning my Bachelor's in Exercise Science, then began my career coaching high school, college, and even Division I and professional athletes — learning how to build strength, speed, and resilience in people whose bodies are their livelihood.
From there I spent years leading fitness across MetroWest — thousands of group classes and private sessions for clients from age 10 to 85. Student athletes chasing a season. Busy professionals reclaiming their energy. And, more and more, seniors: hydrotherapy, strength, balance, and wellness work that gave people their confidence and independence back.
That's where I found my real edge. I got great at the clients most trainers avoid — people managing joint replacements, spinal stenosis, neuropathy, arthritis, osteoporosis, and rotator-cuff injuries — training them safely, around their medical picture, and watching them get stronger anyway.
In 2026 I launched Forged Home Fitness to bring that entire decade of range — athlete, adult, and senior — directly into people's homes across MetroWest, and into the senior-living communities I partner with. No gym. No intimidation. Just the right plan, delivered to you.
