Strength, balance, and independence — trained safely in your own home.
One-on-one, in-home personal training for adults in their 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond across Greater Boston & MetroWest. No gym, no crowds, no driving. Just a certified coach who comes to you and builds every session around your body, your medical history, and your goals.
The things that keep you strong, steady, and independent.
Every program is built around the outcomes that matter most as we age — and adapted to whatever your body and your doctors call for.
Fall Prevention & Balance
The single biggest driver of independence after 70. We train the stability that keeps you on your feet and out of the fall-and-decline cycle.
Functional Strength
Getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, climbing stairs — the real-life strength that lets you keep doing what you love.
Mobility & Joint Health
Moving freely, without stiffness or pain. Mobility work that keeps joints healthy and daily movement easy.
Confidence & Energy
Feeling steady and capable again. The confidence to travel, play with grandkids, and live on your own terms.
Training Around Conditions
Programs built to work safely with arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, post-surgery recovery, heart conditions, neuropathy, diabetes and more.
In Your Own Home
We train in the space you know, on your schedule, with one coach who learns your history and progress session after session.
Not a trainer trying senior fitness for the first time.
For more than a decade, Matt has worked hands-on inside some of MetroWest's most respected senior-living communities — coaching older adults through the exact challenges this page is built around: balance, strength, mobility, and the confidence to keep moving.
Today he runs the senior fitness programming at both Wingate Needham and Wingate Way East — group classes, one-on-one training, and aquatic (hydro) sessions.
That depth of experience with aging bodies, real medical conditions, and what actually keeps seniors independent is what he brings through your front door — something very few in-home trainers can match.
For older adults, the hardest part of staying strong often isn't the workout — it's getting to it.
In-home training removes that barrier entirely. You train in a space you know, on your own schedule, with one coach who learns your history and adjusts every session to how you're feeling that day.
That continuity matters more as we age. Balance, mobility, and strength are use-it-or-lose-it. A consistent, personalized program is what keeps people confident on their feet, out of the hospital, and living independently in the home they love.
